Our Story

Maison Maison was established in 1997, by designer Suzanne Duin, in the heart of Houston’s River Oaks District. Part shop-part full service design firm, Maison Maison is known for its singular edit of authentic French antiques and home accessories, handpicked from across the globe by Suzanne herself. Here, you will find everything from fine furnishings and period reproductions to exclusive fabrics, one-of-a-kind works of art and antique pillows. The brand has also become a global destination for bespoke and custom lampshades, since launching the program. Our 'Parc' Series Lampshades feature hand-painted Parisian and American scenes by artist Jordan Greer. 

Paris Dogs is one set, with whimsical characters strolling through the Jardin des Tuileries, which is nestled between the Louvre and the Place de La Concorde, and the other depicts scenes from the world-famous Central Park of New York City, New York.  Add them to your collection to brighten up your home's mood and elegance!

 

Bio:
Jordan Greer is a multi media artist who we are honored to work with.  Holding a Masters from Parsons in History of Decorative Arts and Design, Greer loves to incorporate her wealth of art knowledge in her works.  Her pursuit and love of art has taken her from the Glassel School in Houston to Florence, Paris and New York.
